This interest brought me to study philosophy - a science that looks at questions from fundamental to seemingly banal. In my understanding, the purpose of philosophy is only fulfilled by the practical application of its findings. I love that the lens of philosophy can be focused on anything and in doing so one gains insight by seeing from other perspectives. Philosophy taught me that there is never one simple answer but that life is far more complex than any dualistic idea we have of it. To me, this is a reason to get excited, to be curious and explore.

Apart from philosophy, I became interested in holistic nutrition and health as a teen. Maybe because this fundamental aspect of life has become a topic of concern in our supposedly advanced western world. There is a lack of clarity and a lot of ideology around the search for “the perfect nutrition”. I believe that the only correct answer can be found by looking into individual goals, wishes, conditions and possibilities.
